Abstract :
Introduction: Digital health technologies have become an integral component of healthcare delivery systems,
improving the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of health services. TECHO+ (Technology for Community Health
Operations Plus) is an innovative mobile and web-based application designed to support community healthcare workers in
the management, monitoring, and reporting of maternal, child, and reproductive health services. As Accredited Social
Health Activists (ASHAs) serve as the frontline workforce in community health programs, their knowledge and
understanding of TECHO+ are crucial for its effective utilization and successful implementation. Assessing the knowledge
of ASHA workers regarding TECHO+ and its importance can help identify existing gaps and inform strategies for capacity
building and improved service delivery. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the knowledge regarding TECHO+ and its
importance among ASHA workers working in selected Urban Health Centers of Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Objectives Of
the study: To assess the level of knowledge regarding Techo Plus and its importance among ASHA workers. And To
determine the association between the level of knowledge and selected socio Demographic variables among ASHA workers.
Material and Methods: A quantitative research approach with a descriptive cross-sectional study design was adopted for
the study. The study was conducted among ASHA workers working in selected Urban Health Centers of Guntur, Andhra
Pradesh.
