Abstract : This research paper explores the socio- economic status of the rural population with a primary focus on income level analysis. By examining various factors influencing income levels in rural areas, this study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the economic challenges and opportunities faced by rural communities. The paper includes a review of existing literature, analysis of income distribution, identification of key determinants of income levels, and policy recommendations to enhance the socio-economic status of rural populations.
