Abstract :
A study to assess the myths regarding
contraceptive methods among women residing in selected
rural area of Betul district to develop planned teaching
programme” The research design used in this study is
descriptive survey design. Quantitative Non
Experimental Research Approach was used in this study.
The sample consisted 100 married women residing in
selected rural area of Betul district M.P. Non probability
convenient sampling technique was used for the selection
of the subjects. The instrument used for the study was a
self structured questionnaire. The assessment of overall
myths regarding contraceptive method majority of the
married women 75% had above myths, 13% of women
had average myths and 12% of women had to below
myths.
