Abstract : - Mobile cloud computing (MCC) represented a new era in computing, in which cloud users are drawn to a variety of services over the Internet. MCC has a highquality, adaptable, and cheap delivery platform for providing Internet-based services to mobile cloud users. The rapid growth of data produced by various smart devices, such as smart phones, IoT/IIoT networks, and vehicular networks running various specific applications such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and positioning systems, necessitates an increase in processing and storage resources. Offloading is a promising strategy for dealing with such devices' intrinsic limitations by transferring resource-intensive code, or at least a portion of it, to neighbouring resource-rich servers. This paper explains how to use offloading techniques to make mobile cloud computing more efficient, as well as the framework for doing so.
