Abstract :
Using electronic devices has shown a
significant increase in popularity in recent years all over
the world. Mobile devices have taken the highest place
among other electronic devices. Mobile security threats
also have become a vast problem with coming new
vulnerabilities of mobile devices. Here I conduct a
literature review to recognize the existing threats based
on different kinds of mobile operating systems and
discuss the existing solutions for those threats. Another
objective is to find current authentication methods used
by mobile device users to protect mobile devices.
