Abstract :
The recipients/beneficiaries are considered as
best evidence of a program effectiveness in terms of
development or outcome. Moreover, they are a good
source of feedback regarding the program’s relevance to
their individual life improvement or progress. This study
was conducted to determine the status, improvement of
the recipients’ life after taking the Kasambahay

about the Kasambahay Program that could be used to
improve its services. The study used the descriptive
