Abstract : Based on the findings and conclusions, several recommendations are proposed to enhance the adaptation of DepEd Order No. 2, Series of 2024. First, targeted training sessions should be offered to Administrative Officers II to improve their awareness and understanding of the order’s goals and processes. Second, regular assessments of task distributions should be implemented to align responsibilities with the administrative needs of SDO Batangas City, enhancing efficiency. Third, a comprehensive transition plan should be developed to outline clear roles and support mechanisms for a smooth adaptation. Fourth, guidelines should be created to help Administrative Officers II navigate logistical challenges while implementing new processes. Lastly, a resource allocation initiative should be established to provide necessary financial, training, and personnel support for successful execution of the order.
