Abstract : In this research paper, we explore the qualitative analysis of how the emergence of AI in research writing and publishing has revolutionized the entire spectrum of academia. In this work we will explore how collaboration of AI with humans has sustained new dimensions in the fields of research writing and publishing. The research work goes in depth of the implementations of AI tools in research writing, The advances and disadvantages of AI. The main theme is the systematic and ethical standardization of the use of AI in academia. This study also questions the authenticity, authorship and accountability of data driven by technology and how it is important for researchers to eradicate the misuses of AI. This topic is very crucial for us as we are literature students and with this new era we must know all the pros and cons of Artificial intelligence to foster accountability and enhancement in our reflective literary journey. The futuristic and sustainable aspects of AI tools have also been studied to convey its dynamics. The need for new guidelines, prompts and accuracy in the usage of AI tools in research writing and publishing is extremely crucial for an organic and authentic workflow. AI must be seen as an assistant and not a creator, it must be only utilized for technical barriers eradication without hampering human intellect and imagination to the work. These policies will help both the researchers and publishers to make their framework more efficient and effective while making it accessible worldwide with the help of AI.
