Abstract :
Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a rapidly evolving field that enables computers to understand, interpret,
and generate human language. Within the context of customer relationship management, NLP offers significant
opportunities for automating processes, extracting actionable insights, and enhancing customer engagement. Salesforce
Einstein Language is a suite of NLP tools embedded in the Salesforce platform, providing organizations with the ability to
analyze and classify text data at scale. This article presents a comprehensive overview of Einstein Language, its integration
methods, core features, and practical applications, along with implementation best practices and future directions.
