Abstract :
This paper explores the implementation of an
AI-enabled camera system to detect faces and analyze the
mood, expressions, and mental health of employees as
they enter the office. The data collected is stored in an
Amazon S3 bucket and used to send personalized emails
within the company, offering proactive wellbeing support
sessions and tips to help employees improve productivity.
This approach aims to enhance employee wellbeing and
organizational performance through timely and tailored
interventions.
