Abstract :
The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in
labour safety management systems has the potential to
revolutionize the way companies approach workplace
safety. This paper presents an AI-based labour safety
management system that collects and analyzes real-time
data from various sources to detect potential hazards
and prevent accidents. The system also provides valuable
insights into the root causes of accidents, which can help
companies implement targeted training programs and
safety measures to prevent similar incidents in the
future. A manufacturing industry case study is presented
to demonstrate the system's effectiveness. The results
show that the AI-based approach significantly reduces
the number of accidents and injuries in the workplace
