Abstract :
Housing construction projects require effective cost and time control to minimize the risks of delays and cost
overruns. This study aims to analyze cost and schedule performance, identify factors affecting project performance, and
formulate mitigation strategies for two housing construction projects in Maros Regency. The study employs a quantitative
approach using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method to evaluate cost and schedule performance, the Relative
Importance Index (RII) to determine dominant factors, and the Pareto Chart to establish mitigation priorities.
