Abstract :
Due to High Energy Consumption in Indonesia
Energy Consumption Management in Office Building is
need to achieve efficiency in Energy Management. This
Research is conducted in Building X Located in South
Jakarta by Observing and Analyzing Energy
Consumption in the Building. The HVAC System become
first priority to be conducted efficiency by Installation
Building Management System. Research found that
Installed BAS in HVAC Could saving IDR 1,3M yearly
operational.
