This study on the analysis of the means of the Extractive Industries transparency Initiative, Kisangani chapter in the Eastern Province is of capital importance in the framework of good governance in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We want to know if, and only if, the resources made available to the EITI Kisangani Chapter enable it to achieve its objectives effectively and/or efficiently.
