Abstract :
In the evolving landscape of automotive
technology, the adoption of Android-based operating
systems marks a significant shift towards smarter and
more interconnected vehicles. Originally developed for
smartphones, Android has been adapted to meet the
unique demands of automotive systems, offering
enhanced user interfaces and integrated functionalities.
This paper explores the development and deployment of
Android-based automotive operating systems,
evaluating their impact on the automotive industry and
their potential to shape future technologies. By
analyzing the features, benefits, and challenges
associated with Android in automotive contexts, the
paper aims to provide a comprehensive examination of
this pivotal transformation in automotive technology.
