Abstract :
Many improvements to the connection
between government and citizens are brought about by
ICT evaluation. Through e-government websites, ICT has
given citizens a new way to interact with the government
at any time and from any location. In order to assess the
maturity of e-Government and the advancements the
Congolese government is making towards the supply of e-
services, this paper evaluates the current condition of e-
government websites in the Democratic Republic of
Congo using the United Nations Maturity Model of
Online development. The outcome demonstrated that
Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) e-government
websites is in the infancy stage as it performs well in the
first stage, relatively well in the second stages, but achieve
very little or nothing at the third and fourth stages.
