Abstract : This paper discusses the activities and practices implemented by the M. B. Patel Arts & Commerce College librarian. This paper is focus on the traditional and ICT based library & extension services such as book exhibition. automation with software, library website. This paper represents that the flexibility to change and improve by adopting well-defined, transparent, user-centered, and technology-centered processes and practices can make a library the best it can be. This article presents ways to make library services effective.
