Abstract :
Comparative analysis is a way to look two or
more similar things to see how they different and same.
When business wants to grow a comparative analysis can
give them information. With increase in disposable
income and changing attitude the demand of fast-food
items is rising. Customer perception can change depends
on service quality dimensions, accessibility, offers and
verities they find in and around. This study involves in
primary and secondary data, this study is going to help
the areas of improvement needed so that they can attract
a greater number of customers and factors to be taken
care in order to cater better to their customers.
