Abstract :
This study aims to determine and analyze
whether The Effect Service Quality, Product Quality On
Participant Loyalty With Participant Satisfaction As
Intervening Variables. The research method used by
researchers is descriptive quantitative method. In this
study all variable has a significant effect on Customer
Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.
