Consumer Perception and Factors Influencing Purchase Decisions Towards Organic Food Products: A Study of Vadakara City

Abstract : The growing awareness of health, food safety, and environmental sustainability has increased consumers’ interest in organic food products. This study examines consumers’ perceptions and identifies the factors associated with their purchase decisions regarding organic food products in Vadakara City, Kerala. The study is based on primary data collected from 120 consumers through a structured questionnaire using convenience sampling. The data were analysed using percentage analysis and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) with Varimax rotation.
