Abstract :
Public construction projects in developing economies frequently suffer from cost overruns and delays due to fragmented financial governance and weak resource control. This study investigated the effect of cost control practices — cash flow monitoring, cost budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement planning — on project performance in the Kigali Infrastructure Project (KIP).
