Abstract : The ride sharing system is a centralized system where customers depend on the service providers for the setup, tracking, cancellation, fare calculation etc., of the rides. Also, the fairness involved in the ride is destroyed by any vicious activity in a centralized serverbased system and causes inconvenience to both the drivers and riders. Therefore, we have implemented a blockchain application on Ethereum platform which decentralizes the system and hence ensures fairness of the ride.
