Abstract : The alarming rate of deforestation in the present day world calls for a worldwide concern. One of the best ways to save the world from permanent damage, in order to restore its vitality is to increase the rates of afforestation programmes and schemes across the globe. As the name of the offered course suggests, indeed deforestation is a fast growing real world problem. Interestingly, it takes a few minutes to cut down a tree but it takes years and decades for the tree to grow. Hence the afforestation rate needs to be increased significantly in order to keep up with the rates of deforestation.
