Migration to different nations is a major challenge faced nowadays as they require exodus and navigation policies. The officials of immigration request for the proof for the person’s vaccination taken for the virus. The passport developed for the vaccine acts as witness for the person being tested. The tested result tells negative report for the vaccination taken for certain viruses been infected. In regard of COVID it was mandatory to show the proofs for getting vaccinated. To minimize the time and attempt to manage the data the passport vaccination system has to be computerized. So here we have proposed the "Usage of Blockchain technology" system, for providing reliability and Privacy in systems for exchange of data among bitcoin users. The final outcome would be decentralized which is transparent and reliable, truthful solution based on the block-chain Ethereum tracks the vaccination status and history of diseases.
