Abstract:- In the contemporary business landscape, the

given rise to a transformative era, marked by the
widespread adoption of digitalization in HR practices.
This paper explores the dynamic impact of digitalization
on traditional HR functions, shedding light on the
evolution of recruitment, employee engagement,
performance management, and learning and
development.
