Abstract : This study developed and evaluated the E-Ayuda System: A Digital-Based Approach to Transparent and Immediate Disaster Relief Assistance, which was designed to improve the efficiency, transparency, traceability, accountability, and management of disaster relief assistance within Local Government Units (LGUs). The study employed an applied developmental approach guided by the Analysis, Design, and Development phases of the ADDIE Model. Operational concerns in existing manual disaster relief processes were identified, including challenges in beneficiary registration, eligibility validation, documentation, approval, record keeping, monitoring, and fund disbursement. Based on the identified requirements, a functional prototype was developed using Google Forms for beneficiary registration, Google Sheets for centralized database management, and Google Apps Script for workflow automation, beneficiary identification, and status tracking. The system incorporated document uploading, location verification, structured validation and approval, dashboard-based monitoring, audit trails, role-based access, and assisted registration mechanisms.
