Abstract : Polyvinyl siloxane impression material is the most routinely used impression material in Prosthodontics. However controversial findings regarding its compatibility with disposable gloves (especially latex gloves) have been reported. Hence, the present study was taken up to evaluate the effect of non-latex gloves and latex gloves on the polymerization of the polyvinyl siloxane impression material.
