Abstract :
This study entitled “Effect of Discipline Work, Creativity and Teamwork on Performance On Device Village”. The object of this study is a village located in the district KaduagungTigaraksaTangerang district of Banten province. The population in this study were 35 respondents using saturated sample technique. Methods of data analysis of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) based variants Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that the discipline of work and creativity has no effect on the performance of the device, and teamwork positive and significant effect on the performance of the device.
