Abstract : Background: Persistent pelvic floor pain (PPFP) is a chronic condition that impairs pelvic floor function and quality of life. Evidence comparing conservative physiotherapy interventions remains limited.  Objective: To compare the effectiveness of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) plus home exercise programme (HEP), therapeutic ultrasound plus HEP, and HEP alone in women with persistent pelvic floor pain.

Keywords : Persistent Pelvic Floor Pain; Pelvic Floor Muscle Training; Therapeutic Ultrasound; Home Exercise Programme; Randomized Controlled Trial.
