Effects of Battle Rope Training in Individuals with Sedentary Lifestyle

Abstract : There is an increase in the sedentary population day by day which can potentially contribute to ill health and evolving forms of exercise like the battle rope training which provides more results in less time can induce interest in the sedentary population. The study was aimed to investigate the effects of battle rope training on the upper extremity endurance, lower extremity endurance and VO2 max on sedentary lifestyle after four weeks of intervention on a population of an urban city in India.
