Abstract :
This qualitative case study investigates the influence of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) integration
on the quality of strategic HR decision-making in Bangladeshi SMEs ShopUp and Shajgoj, employing TAM constructs
(perceived usefulness, ease of use, attitude toward use). Thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with HR leaders,
mid-level managers, and executives was conducted using MAXQDA, resulting in one independent theme and five subthemes.
