Abstract : The density functional theory was used to investigate the structural, electronic, elastic, and thermoelectric properties of ZrNiSn, ZrPdSn, and ZrPtSn Half-Heusler (HH) alloys. For these three alloys, the minimum lattice constants were calculated to be 6.1672, 6.4614, and 6.4550 ˚A, respectively.

Keywords : Lattice Constant; Bandgap, Poisson Ratio; Anisotropic Factor; Ther-Moelectric Alloys; Power Factor; Seebeck Coefficient.
