Employees, no doubt, are the prime element in every organization, whether profit or non-profit making organizations. They come into the organization with potentials and capabilities that must be tapped and harnessed by the management under the human resources management unit. To effectively and efficiently utilize these raw talents and for better and improved performance management support is required, in form of empowerment.
