Employee Performance is Influenced by Leadership Style and Work Environment with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable

Employee performance is the performance of work carried out by employees in the organization based on the goals planned by the organization, which must be achieved by each employee. The research objective was to determine whether employee performance was influenced by leadership style and work environment with work motivation as a mediator at South Jakarta City National Narcotics Institution, with a sample of 32 employees. SEM PLS is the method used. The results show that employee performance is positively and significantly affected by leadership style directly but is not influenced by work motivation mediators and employee performance is not directly affected by the work environment but is influenced positively significantly by full mediation of work motivation.
