Abstract :
This study examined employers’ satisfaction with the competencies of graduates of the Bachelor of Science in
Agriculture program of the College of Agriculture and Fisheries at Capiz State University–Pontevedra Campus. Employing a
descriptive research design, the study gathered and analyzed employer assessments of graduate performance. Findings
indicated that employers were very satisfied with the graduates’ competencies and skills. In particular, the graduates were
commended for their adaptability, attentiveness, diligence, teaching competence, and leadership capabilities. These qualities
contributed to an efficient and positive work environment, underscoring the graduates’ preparedness for professional practice
and the relevance of the program in developing workforce-ready graduates.
