Abstract :
with the objective of comparing the
preservative effects of skimmed milk, coconut water and
egg albumin for epididymal spermatozoa recovered from
cattle after death a floating technique under refrigerated
conditions (5oC) was employed. For the recovery of
spermatozoa, thirty-two testis-epididymis complexes
were collected after slaughter of the bulls, dissected and
divided into 3 groups for treatments.
