Elementary School Literacy Movement program was initiated in order to increase of community literacy Kemendikbud Indonesia in particular for all the citizens of the elementary school. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the program has been implemented a primary school in Muhammadiyah in order for the development and improvement of the program. This research uses the CIPP evaluation models (Context, Input, Process, Product) and use descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative analysis of data using Miles and Huberman. The findings of this research to develop the school’s Extracurricular programs by making literacy for learners who are interested in literacy. There is a product of the assignment results in a literacy that is a collection of the Writings of students and teachers who made books and magazines by the school.
