Abstract :
The COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally reshaped global work arrangements, accelerating the transition from
traditional office-based models to a hybrid work culture. This paper investigates the evolution of hybrid work, systematically
analysing its perceived benefits and persistent challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach, we surveyed 250 full-time
employees across information technology, financial services, and creative industries in India and the United States,
supplemented by 20 in-depth semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were analysed using descriptive statistics and ttests, while qualitative data were analysed using thematic analysis.
Keywords :
Hybrid Work Culture, Remote Work, Employee Productivity, Work-Life Balance, Digital Fatigue, Organisational Equity.
