Abstract :
This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and fear of relationship commitment
(gamophobia) among unmarried, employed Indian adults aged 18–40. As marriage in India is increasingly negotiated
against competing demands for career advancement and personal autonomy, this research investigates how occupational
fulfillment relates to relational commitment anxiety.
