Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the evaluation of
the application of technology adoption model behavior in
the acceptance of QRIS using the UTAUT model to
customers in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses
quantitative research. Quantitative data processing
method using SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis
using the SmartPLS 3.3 statistical tool. This study
indicates that Performance Expectancy and facilitating
conditions simultaneously significantly influence
Behavioral Intention to use QRIS in Bandar Lampung
City. Meanwhile EfifortExpectiancy, Social Infliuence, and
Perceived Riskhaive no significant effect on Behavioral
Intention, and Behavioral Intention has no impact on Use
Behaviior in the use of QRIS in Bandar Lampung City
