Abstract :
Granulosa cell tumors of the ovary originate from sex cord-stromal cells. Complete surgical resection remains the
cornerstone of therapeutic management. Chemotherapy is commonly indicated in cases of localized tumors with a high risk
of recurrence, as well as in advanced or recurrent disease.
