Abstract : Financial analysis revealed that honey producers achieve a positive margin through beekeeping production and honey sales activities. With an overall turnover of 112,125,228.64 CDF, an overall net result of 214,295,173.85 CDF, the Value Added to Intermediate Consumption ratio stands at 23.34 Congolese francs, and the Net Income to Total Cost ratio gives a positive figure of 23.00 Congolese francs. This implies that the beekeeping sector is profitable and that every Congolese franc spent yields 23 francs per year to the beekeeper.

Keywords : Socio-Economic Impact, Honey Quality.
