Abstract :
Background:
Atypical chronic myeloid leukaemia (aCML), BCR-ABL1-negative, is a rare clonal myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative
neoplasm accounting for roughly 1–2% of BCR-ABL1-positive CML cases. It typically affects patients in the seventh–eighth
decade, presenting with marked leukocytosis, dysgranulopoiesis, organomegaly, and variable cytopenias in the absence of the
BCR-ABL1 fusion.
Keywords :
Atypical Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia; BCR-ABL1-Negative; Myelodysplastic/Myeloproliferative Neoplasm; Hyperleukocytosis; Hyperuricemia.
