The research objectives of this study are to
assess the current situation of AAA Telecommunication
Company in Myanmar (pre-ODI), to design and
implement OD interventions (ODI) that will develop
employee motivation, employee engagement, career
success, and job security, to analyze the impact of
employee turnover intention, and to determine the
differences in the impact of employee turnover intention
between Pre ODI and Post ODI. The purpose of this
research is to determine 1) what the current situation is in
the organization in terms of employee engagement,
employee motivation, career success, and job security. 2)
the most effective intervention approaches for increasing
employee engagement, motivation, career success, and job
security. 3) the variations in employee engagement,
motivation, career success, job security, and turnover
intention between Pre ODI and Post ODI.
