This study determined the implementation of the peace and order programs with the leadership styles of barangay captains in General Santos City, Philippines in terms of their vision and mission, barangay plans, policies and programs. It also includes the effects of the implementation of peace and order programs in their respective jurisdiction. It was found that the level of implementation of its programs is effective and the leadership styles was found to be democratic.
