Abstract :
Inclusive apparel design has emerged as a
critical paradigm shift within the fashion industry,
challenging traditional norms and advocating for
diversity and representation. This review paper examines
the multifaceted landscape of inclusive apparel design,
focusing on three key aspects: size diversity, adaptive
clothing for disabilities, and gender inclusivity. By
exploring the challenges, advancements, and potential
future directions within each domain, this paper seeks to
underscore the importance of inclusivity in fostering
empowerment, dignity, and self-expression for
individuals of all body types, abilities, and gender
identities.
