Abstract : This evaluation should be complemented by locoregional staging to determine the extent of disease spread. Histopathological and immunohistochemical analyses are essential to differentiate triple-negative tumors from those characterized by HER2 overexpression. Despite its aggressive nature, the current 5-year overall survival rate exceeds 40%.
