Abstract :
The costly environmental degrading chemical
fertilizer demands an affordable sustainable eco-friendly
alternative: biofertilizer. Isolates from the rhizosphere
and root samples of Abelmoschus esculentus, Manihot
esculenta, Musa paradisiaca, and Zea mays were obtained
using standard microbiological procedures, screened for
potassium solubilization using Aleksandrov medium; and
