Abstract : Discussion: This case illustrates the intrinsic chemoresistance of MBC and highlights the limitations of conventional therapeutic strategies. New approaches (immunotherapy, targeted therapies, ADCs) offer promising perspectives.  Conclusion: Salvage surgery remains an essential option in refractory cases. Prospective trials are needed to define optimal treatments for MBC.
