Abstract :
The objectives of this research were: 1) to
study personal factor that affect work efficiency of the
workers in Chengdu city. 2) to study motivation factors that
affect work efficiency of the workers in Chengdu city. This
study was quantitative research. The population were
people who live in Chengdu city. The exact number is
unknown. The samples size was the workers in Chengdu
group was 376 persons. Using a purposive sampling
method. The tool used for collecting data is a
questionnaire. The statistics used in the analysis were
frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and
multiple regression analysis.
Major findings: 1) the workers in Chengdu with
different genders, ages, average monthly income and
length of employment. Effective in working They are
significantly different at the 0.05 level and 2) The
motivation factors of responsibility, nature of work
performed and progress affect the effectiveness of
workers in Chengdu with statistical significance at the
0.05 level.
